back
Seller ID: 2291 Peterborough: Peterborough Historical Society, 1987. Occasional Paper 7, first edition ([2], 20 pp., Bibliography), illustrated with a photo and sketches. The cedar strip canoe came to replace the light birch bark canoe created by North American native people and the lumbering dugouts first used by settlers in the Peterborough region. A fine, clean copy. Price: $30.00
