Octavo, in publisher’s dust wrapper, blue cloth with gilt titles; frontispiece sketch of Emanuel in the Great Storm, plus a number of photos from Graham’s single-handed voyage west to Newfoundland, Labrador, and Bermuda in the yacht Emanuel. Accompanying and attached is a two-page letter from John S. Labatt describing his encounters with Graham (“who hadn’t a bean”) at Bermuda where Graham was resting after his lone crossing of the Atlantic— he arrived an hour before dinner, had a bath, took a scotch and soda, and then went in to dinner with the Labatts. Also a gift inscription to Professor Mackenzie of Toronto, signed by Labatt on the half-title page. Dw damaged with some loss at corners, book bright, clean, and sound. Price: $250.00
